“Being human is not about being any one particular way;
it is about being as life creates you
with your own particular strengths and weaknesses, gifts and challenges, quirks and oddities.”
- Dr. Kristen Neff
Dr. Arielle Marston provides tele-therapy services in the state of Arkansas.
Appointment Hours: Monday-Friday 7 am - Noon.
Body Shame Recovery
Learn how to rebuild your relationship with your body, food, and movement. This is some of the most important therapy works someone can do because our body is vital to the human experience.
Religious Trauma & Deconstruction
When there are changes to our religion identification or a crisis of faith it can impact all aspects of our lives. Having the space time to process and reconstruct our spirituality can help you connect with what matters, know who you are, and move forward.
ADHD & Executive dysfunction
Maybe you have recently been diagnosed with ADHD and are wondering how to make sense of this in your life. Perhaps you were diagnosed with ADHD as a child, and are just beginning to understand how your ADHD brain still impacts your life. Whether this is a new or old diagnosis, it does not change the necessity to untangle how your neurodivergent brain impacts your life, and the relief that comes from learning how to work with it rather than against it.
I do not provide ADHD assessments at this time.
