In this therapy practice all are welcome and celebrated for who they are. I seek to affirm and recognize the intersectionality that contributes to the unique and diverse experiences that my clients bring into the therapy room.

This involves the emphasis of:

Values

Values are key component in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). They are our “desired qualities of behavior”. They shape our actions and create a path forward to create a life worth living. In my therapy practice, I have identified the following values that shape and guide my business and how I approach therapy with my clients.
